After 25 years of developing Cuddy Farms to its worldly status, COO Bruce Cuddy left the family business and started his own company, Elite Foods, LLC. Through his International travels, Bruce became acquainted with natural food flavors again. His love for food without all the growth hormones, antibiotics, added water, additives and artificial flavorings, set Bruce on the road to developing his own line of Natural Poultry. Bruce created Alison's Family Farms (named after one of his daughters) for everyone to enjoy the same natural food flavor he remembered from his youth and had re-discovered from his travels.

Alison's Family Farms is located in beautiful rural North Carolina where Bruce personally oversees his own farms and a select handful of local growers that produce wholesome, nutritious all Natural Chickens and Turkeys.

These birds are humanely housed with open areas for them to range in nice weather, with no hormones or antibiotics to spoil their natural growth or the flavor of his all vegetable fed birds.

All birds are processed in a Certified Humane Raised and Handled plant under stringent USDA inspection. All our farms are within 40 miles of the plant and we even over see our own transportation to insure that Bruce’s standards are maintained. Only the perfect bird is allowed to be sold under the Alison's label and we are proud to be the only Air Chilled, Certified Humane Raised and Handled Plant in the United States of America.
